Agency Portal Access
To request an Agency Portal, submit the registration application.
After the application is received, the PonoRez Use Agreement will be
sent by email.

User Manager Responsibility
The person responsible for managing Agency Portal access should
carefully review and understand the PonoRez Use Agreement. This
individual will serve as the User Manager and will
be responsible for adding, updating, and deactivating users as
needed.
Each agent should have an individual login. Shared accounts make it
difficult to identify who created or modified a reservation, weaken
the audit trail, and increase the risk that former employees may
retain access.
Reservations created through Agency Portal access carry a financial
obligation. Each agency is responsible for reservations created by
its authorized users.
Simple, Direct Agency Connectivity
PonoRez does not treat agency connectivity as a separate revenue
stream. The Agency Portal is free to use and is designed to make
agency relationships practical, efficient, and easier to manage.
Whether connecting through the Agency Portal or the PonoRez API,
suppliers and agencies can work together while maintaining clear
permissions, accountability, and operational control.
