Connects with Agencies

PonoRez connects with agencies through both an open API and a free Agency Portal, giving suppliers flexible options for managing agency bookings.

Unlike many booking SaaS platforms, PonoRez does not treat agency connectivity as another revenue stream. Our Agency Portal is free to use and designed to make it simple, practical, and efficient to connect with agencies.

Agency Portal Access

To set up an Agency Portal, click here to submit your registration application. After submitting the application, you will receive the PonoRez Use Agreement via email.

Before your Agency Portal can be activated, the completed agreement must be emailed to support@ponorez.com.

User Manager Responsibility

The individual responsible for managing users in the Agency Portal should carefully read and understand the PonoRez Use Agreement. This person will serve as the User Manager and will be responsible for adding, updating, and removing users as needed.

Connecting with agencies gives your team direct access to manage user permissions efficiently. Because reservations created through the Agency Portal carry a financial obligation, it is essential that the User Manager understands the importance of maintaining current and accurate user access.

Each agency is fully responsible for the financial obligation of reservations created through its portal access.
