To set up an Agency Portal click here submit your registration application & then emailed the PonoRez Use Agreement. Before activating your agency portal the agreement must be received via email support@ponorez.com. Please have the individual that manages all users, “User Manager”, in the system understands this agreement. It is imperative that this “User Manager” understand the importance of removing and adding users in the system, as 100% financial obligation for reservations created via the portal is the responsibility of each agency.
